Wolverine

(BPC-157 + TB-500)

Heal what's been holding you back. A clinically grounded peptide protocol for women who are tired of managing injuries and ready to actually recover from them.

What Is Wolverine

Wolverine is a recovery and healing peptide protocol combining BPC-157 (Body Protection Compound 157) and TB-500 (Thymosin Beta-4). These two peptides work through complementary mechanisms to accelerate tissue repair, reduce inflammation, and support healing — particularly in tendons, ligaments, muscle, and gut tissue.

Who’s It For

  • Active women dealing with nagging injuries, slow-healing soft tissue issues, or chronic inflammation

  • Clients recovering from surgery or orthopedic procedures

  • Those with gut-related issues — BPC-157 has a significant body of research supporting gut and mucosal healing

  • Women who feel like they're no longer bouncing back from workouts or physical activity the way they used to

  • Clients managing joint pain or overuse injuries that conventional approaches haven't fully resolved

What It Does

  • Accelerates healing in tendons, ligaments, and muscle tissue

  • Reduces localized and systemic inflammation

  • Supports gut lining repair and may help with leaky gut, IBS, and other inflammatory GI conditions

  • Promotes angiogenesis (formation of new blood vessels), which is essential for tissue repair

  • Supports neurological healing and has shown neuroprotective properties in research

  • Helps regulate the body's inflammatory response so it works for healing, not against it

How It Works

BPC-157 is a pentadecapeptide (15 amino acids) derived from a protein found in gastric juice. It's been shown in research to upregulate growth hormone receptors in injured tissue, promote vascular growth into repair sites, and modulate nitric oxide to reduce inflammation. It works locally when injected near an injury site, and systemically when injected subcutaneously for broader healing support.

TB-500 is a synthetic version of Thymosin Beta-4, a protein found in high concentrations in platelets and wound fluid. It promotes cell migration into damaged tissue, particularly of actin-binding proteins critical for cellular repair and regeneration. TB-500 is especially effective for soft tissue healing — tendons, ligaments, and fascia — and works synergistically with BPC-157 to accelerate the overall repair process.

Together, they address the two primary limiting factors in tissue healing: blood supply to the repair site and cellular repair activity within it.

What To Expect

Wolverine is administered as subcutaneous injections, typically on a schedule determined by your provider based on the nature of your healing goals. Many clients notice reduced inflammation and pain within the first 2–3 weeks. Structural tissue healing takes longer — most clients see significant progress at 6–12 weeks. Protocols are typically 8–16 weeks depending on the condition being addressed. This is a consultation-based protocol — your provider will help determine frequency, dosing, and injection location based on your specific situation.

Best Paired With

  • Tone (CJC1295/Ipamorelin) — growth hormone optimization enhances tissue regeneration, making this a powerful recovery stack

  • Glow — if skin health and healing aesthetics are part of the goal alongside recovery

  • Glutathione — reduces oxidative stress during the healing process

  • Larimar Vitality (NAD+) — NAD+ supports the cellular energy required for active tissue repair
