Sculpt

(Tesamorelin / Ipamorelin / MGF)

Body composition support that works with your biology, not against it. An advanced peptide protocol for women who've done the work and are ready to go deeper.

What It Is

Sculpt is an advanced body composition peptide protocol combining Tesamorelin, Ipamorelin, and MGF (Mechano Growth Factor). It's designed for clients with specific fat loss and muscle development goals — particularly those struggling with visceral (abdominal) fat accumulation that hasn't responded to diet and exercise alone.

Who’s It For

  • Women experiencing disproportionate abdominal fat accumulation, especially in perimenopause or menopause

  • Clients who are metabolically active and committed to their nutrition and training but have plateaued

  • Those looking for a more targeted approach to body composition alongside a structured wellness plan

  • Clients interested in the muscle preservation and development benefits of growth hormone optimization, with a stronger metabolic focus than Tone

  • Not a starting point for clients new to peptides — this protocol is best suited for those who have done a consultation and understand the commitment involved

What It Does

  • Targets visceral adipose tissue (VAT) — the deep abdominal fat associated with metabolic risk, not just aesthetic concern

  • Stimulates growth hormone release with a strong affinity for fat metabolism

  • Supports lean muscle development and preservation, particularly during caloric deficit

  • MGF specifically activates satellite cells (muscle stem cells) to support new muscle fiber development

  • Supports insulin sensitivity and metabolic function

  • Promotes recovery and physical performance

How It Works

Tesamorelin is a GHRH analog — similar in mechanism to CJC1295, but with a stronger clinical record specifically for visceral fat reduction. It was originally studied and approved (as Egrifta) for HIV-associated lipodystrophy, where its ability to reduce visceral fat was dramatic enough to drive pharmaceutical development. In wellness use, it's being studied for its body composition and metabolic benefits in a broader population.

Ipamorelin amplifies the GH pulse (see Tone for mechanism), and MGF — a splice variant of IGF-1 — is produced locally in muscle tissue in response to mechanical stress. It activates muscle satellite cells, which are the precursor cells responsible for muscle repair and growth. By including MGF in the protocol, Sculpt addresses both the fat loss side (Tesamorelin + Ipamorelin) and the muscle development side (MGF) simultaneously.

What To Expect

Sculpt is a more intensive protocol than Tone and requires a thorough consultation to determine candidacy, dosing, and protocol structure. Administration is via subcutaneous injection, typically on a schedule personalized to your goals. Metabolic and body composition changes develop over time — most clients see meaningful results at 8–12 weeks, with full protocol benefits at 4–6 months. This protocol works best alongside intentional nutrition and movement — it is not a replacement for those foundations.

Best Paired With

  • Wolverine (BPC-157 + TB-500) — if recovery or injury is part of the picture, these two protocols complement each other well

  • Semaglutide or Tirzepatide — in select clients, a provider-guided combination of GLP-1 therapy and peptide-based GH optimization can be a powerful body composition approach (discussed in consultation only)

  • Larimar Vitality (NAD+) — cellular energy support enhances the metabolic work this protocol does

  • Erin Zell (Health Coaching) — Sculpt clients benefit significantly from personalized nutrition and movement guidance alongside the protocol
