How It Works

NAD+ is a coenzyme present in every cell of the body. It's essential for two things above all others: energy production (specifically, it's required for the electron transport chain in mitochondria — the process by which your cells actually generate ATP, the molecule that powers everything) and DNA repair (it's a required substrate for PARP enzymes, which repair strand breaks in DNA). After our 20s, NAD+ levels decline steadily — by roughly 50% by age 50 and continuing from there. This decline is now understood to be one of the central drivers of the cellular aging process.

Oral NAD+ precursors (NMN, NR) can support levels, but direct IV or injection delivery bypasses gut absorption entirely, raising blood NAD+ levels rapidly and significantly.
