How It Works

Your immune system is a nutrient-hungry system. Every immune response consumes enormous quantities of Vitamin C, zinc, and other micronutrients — and when those stores are depleted, the immune response slows. Oral Vitamin C is capped by gut absorption (typically 200–500mg effectively absorbed regardless of dose taken).
